Appointment Requirements Clients must provide accurate contact information and select the correct service when scheduling. Required documents must be submitted before the appointment or brought with you. 2. Confirmation You will receive an email confirming your appointment. Appointments are not finalized unless confirmation is received. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or be asked to reschedule. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in fees and may require prepayment for future services. 5. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when the client does not attend or does not communicate. No-shows may result in cancellation fees and restricted future booking. 6. Notary Requirements Clients must bring valid, unexpired ID and completed documents. California Notaries cannot provide legal advice. 7. Payments Certain services may require payment before or at the time of the appointment. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. 8.
